PLYMOUTH — Megan Wagner, 22, South Bend, sustained unspecified injuries when her vehicle struck a utility pole head-on early Wednesday morning, Aug. 19.

The accident was reported at 12:29 a.m. on Fourth Road, east of Tamarack Road, Walkerton.

Marshall County Police report Wagner was eastbound on Fourth Road, east of Tamarack Road and for an unknown reason her vehicle eft the northside of the roadway and hit a utility pole head-on. She was the only occupant in the vehicle at the time of the crash. She was taken to an area hospital and later transported to Memorial Hospital for treatment of her injuries.

Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was assisted on scene by Walkerton EMS, Polk Fire, Marshall County REMC and Reichert and Knepp Wrecker Service.
