Moped Driver Injured In US 30 Accident

PIERCETON – A moped driver was injured Friday morning, Aug. 14, when the moped apparently struck a guardrail along US 30.
The accident happened shortly after 10 a.m. west of Van Ness Road, west of Pierceton.
It was unclear why the driver struck the guardrail along the westbound lane of traffic.
The driver was taken to an area hospital.
No further details were available.
