WARSAW — A Warsaw woman who was allegedly running around her neighborhood while only wearing a bra faces three criminal charges.

Bambi Deeann Baier, 58, 1 EMS B37 Lane 88, Warsaw, is charged with possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony; possession of. marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; and public nudity, a class C misdemeanor. 

According to the affidavit of probable cause, on June 28, at approximately 9:30 p.m., a Kosciusko County deputy was dispatched to a location in reference to for an indecent exposure complaint.

When the officer arrived, he spoke with a man who said that Baier was running in the street outside her residence wearing nothing but a bra.

The deputy spoke with Baier at her residence. She admitted to being outside her residence wearing no clothing other than a bra.

She was placed under arrest and escorted out of the residence. Baier then complained of chest pain. She asked a Pierceton Police officer who was assisting at the scene to get her inhaler from her purse inside the residence.

When the officer entered the residence to retrieve the inhaler, she found a clear plastic bag in the purse that contained marijuana and methamphetamine. 

Baier was booked at the Kosciusko County Jail June 29 on a $5,250 surety and cash bond.
