SYRACUSE — Many turned out to visit the new KW Thrive North office, located at 201 E. Bowser Road, Syracuse, and to participate in the Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber of Commerce’s ribbon cutting Wednesday, July 8.
Headed by Angie Racolta, owner/CEO of The RGroup Real Estate, the office will also host other real estate agents, including Norine Troeger, independent real estate agent; Rex Heil, Keller Williams Realty; and Jan Spearman, Keller Williams Realty. Move-in occurred July 1, with July 8 being everyone’s first day in the office, which is currently open to clients by appointment.
The office specializes in residential homes, including luxury and lake homes. Keller Williams Realty has over 150 agents in northern Indiana and about 12 in Kosciusko County. Racolta explained that a KW Thrive South office has also been established in Warsaw at 220 S. Buffalo St. For those with an interest in selling real estate, she added, “We’re going to be looking for agents.”
