• 7:49 a.m. Friday, June 19, 300 block West Crystal Flash Road, North Webster. Sherryl L. Miller reported a found bicycle.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 10:50 a.m. Thursday, June 18, 500 block North Parker St., Warsaw. Olivia Santana reported the theft of a license plate.
• 8:30 a.m. Thursday, June 18, 800 block East Center St., Warsaw. Tiffany Lynn Riddle reported the theft of a vehicle’s temporary registration.

Goshen

Officers with the Goshen Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 3:35 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 800 block Emerson St., Goshen. Terri Spring, Syracuse, reported being struck in the head by another person. There were no visible injuries and no complaint of pain. The case will be sent to the Elkhart County Prosecutor’s Office for review of charges.
