Kosciusko County Reports 25 New COVID-19 Cases

WARSAW — As of noon Wednesday, June 10, the Kosciusko County Health Department reported 25 new cases of COVID-19. This brings the county’s number of positive cases to 277, with two deaths.
Statewide, the latest posting on the Indiana State Department of Health website shows the number of COVID-19 deaths in Indiana rose to 2,173.
The total positive number of COVID-19 cases in Indiana is now at 38,337. More than 320,000 Hoosiers have been tested for COVID-19.
Locally, Whitley County has 58 positive cases, Wabash County has 87 positive cases, and Noble County has 310 positive cases. Marshall County has 247 positive cases, which is up from 230 reported on Tuesday, June 9. Elkhart County has 1,832 positive cases.
Fulton County’s case number remains unchanged at 51.
In other northern Indiana counties, Lake County has 4,033 positive cases; Allen County has 2,014 positive cases, which is up from 1,956 cases reported on Tuesday, June 9; and St. Joseph County has 1,453 positive cases.
Marion County, which includes Indianapolis, has the most cases in the state at 10,464.
According to the Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center, more than 524,000 people in the United States have recovered from COVID-19.
