Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 1:56 a.m. Friday, June 5, 3700 block South SR 25, Mentone. Officers investigated a report of battery resulting in moderate bodily injury.
• 2:23 p.m. Thursday, June 4, 3600 block North Barbee Road, Warsaw. Kim E. Satterfield reported identity deception.
• 10:50 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, 1400 block South CR 450E and East US 30, Pierceton. Officers investigated a hit-and-run vehicle accident.
• 7:54 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, 100 block Pequignot Drive, Pierceton. Officers investigated a report of battery.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 11:36 p.m. Thursday, June 4, 200 block South McKinley St., Warsaw. A representative for the Warsaw Parks Department reported criminal mischief to a sink.
• 10:20 p.m. Thursday, June 4, 1800 block West Center St., Warsaw. James D. Lashbrook reported criminal mischief to a vehicle.
• 10:04 p.m. Thursday, June 4, 900 block Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Margarita V. Ramirez Figueroa reported the theft of a license plate. Value: $20.
• 7:50 p.m. Thursday, June 4, 1200 block East Market St., Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of a domestic disturbance.
• 6:08 p.m. Thursday, June 4, 600 block East Main St., Warsaw. Miriam Lopez reported theft. Items stolen include an iPhone XR. A flat screen television was also severely damaged. Value: $601.
• 9:58 a.m. Thursday, June 4, 2100 block Dubois Drive, Warsaw. A representative for Kosciusko Community Hospital reported intimidation.
