WABASH – One of the 13-24 Drive-In’s popular programs is set to resume with voting playing a role.
Retro Reels are sponsored by Lundquist Appraisals & Real Estate and Rick’s Auto Repair & 24 Hour Towing.
Movie-goers will be invited to vote for their top five choices of retro films to be shown at the drive-in this year.
Voting will go live on Thursday, May 28 at 5 p.m. Voters can select their top 5 favorite films from the list of options. The site isn’t live yet but when it is, 13-24 will have something up on social media about it.
The voting page will be located on their website.
Tickets for Retro Reels films will be $6 per carload.
“Footloose” will screen at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 28. Gates open at 7:30 p.m.
“Raiders of the Lost Ark” will screen at approximately 9:35 p.m. on Thursday, June 4. Gates open at 7:30 p.m.
To maintain a limited-contact ticketing method, movie-goers are asked to purchase their tickets online at 1324DriveIn.com as a necessary safety measure. To maintain social distancing efforts within 50 percent capacity, movie-goers will park one vehicle between every pair of poles closest to the left pole, keeping a space of six feet between surrounding vehicles.
Limited contact concessions ordering and pickup will be offered online in various packages including admission, popcorn, and beverages. The concessions stand will remain open with a limited menu and social distancing measures in place.
For more information about social distancing measures, concessions stand offerings, and parking, visit 1324DriveIn.com/faq.
