Animal Welfare League’s “Pet of the Week”
News Release
WARSAW – This week’s Animal Welfare League’s “Pets of the Week” are Biggie Smalls, the dog, and Hank Jr., the cat.
It’s time to meet the AWL’s not so notorious D.O.G., Biggie Smalls! Weighing only 14 pounds, Biggie is a five-year-old, neutered male, Chihuahua mix with a BIG personality. He likes to think of himself as the toughest hombre in town, but we at the shelter know he has a shy and sweet side to him. Biggie loves nothing more than to cuddle and be petted. He also enjoys going for walks and showing off his white, black, and tan coat. Biggie has done well with small children and if you have other pets, he would like to meet them. Call us to make an appointment to see Biggie Smalls today.
Biggie’s adoption fee is $130.
Hailing from a small town in Indiana and rated by the staff as the “roundest boy they ever did see” – weighing in at 20 pounds – it’s Hank “the Tank” Jr.! Hank Jr. is a five-year-old, neutered male, domestic shorthair mix, he has a brown and black tiger coat with white under his nose and chin. Hank is a lovable cat who enjoys relaxing in the sunshine. He came to the shelter with his sister Dolly Mae. They are a little shy and would like to go to a nice quiet home without any “big scary dogs”. Both are currently at the PetSmart in Warsaw. Stop by to visit them today!
Hank Jr’s adoption fee is $70.
