Missing that feeling of holding a physical book in your hands? Needing a new puzzle to keep you occupied at home? Have you gone through your entire movie collection and just want to watch a different DVD? You can even request the Library of The items like board games, cake pans, and more! Anything that you could normally check out from the library is available for checkout through our curbside service.
There are three different ways to order library materials.
By phone, call the library at 574.267.6011 ext.4. By emailing the reference department at [email protected]. And with the online catalog, visit our website, warsawlibrary.org, and search for items using our catalog.
Place holds on the books you want using your library card. (Note: Only books can be placed on hold this way. For video games, movies, and puzzles, please email or call.)
Once the items have been ordered, a librarian will contact you to arrange a pick-up time. We are currently scheduling curbside pickups four days a week.
3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays; 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays; 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursdays and 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturdays. (Pick up times will change for the week of Memorial Day – please check our website or call for details.)
Picking up items is easy! When you drive into the library parking lot, have a piece of paper with your last name in your window, and simply pull straight ahead to the main entrance.
A librarian will meet you at your vehicle with your bagged items. You can then pop your trunk or unlock your back door and we will set your items in your car – as close to drive-through service as we can get!
Is your card expired? Have you forgotten your card number? Need to know your library PIN number? We can help you solve these problems over the phone or through email. We can also still help answer any general reference questions you may have over the phone or through email.
These trying times may force our library services to look a little bit different, but some things will never change – the Warsaw Public Library is here to serve this community and we want to help provide for your educational and entertainment needs!
