Immunization Clinic Open for Appointments Only
News Release
WARSAW – During these challenging times, the Kosciusko County Health Department Immunization Clinic is open but will be transitioning to appointments. This will work to ensure safety and limit the time and number of people in the clinic, as well as the K21 building.
Those seeking immunizations are asked to bring only the child or individual being vaccinated. Individuals who do not need to be present will need to remain outside of the building, according to a news release from the county health department.
The K21 Services Pavilion is operating with limited hours, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Most appointments will be scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; but there is limited availability of Tuesdays and Thursdays.”
Appointments can be made by calling 574-267-7028 of 574-372-3516. Please have your insurance information available when you call to set up an appointment.
