Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

4:15 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, US 30 near Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Donald W. Smith, 60, East Main Street, Atwood; and Lindsay C. Krieg, 23, North Main Street, Sidney. Smith attempted to pass Krieg’s vehicle. The rear left tire of Smith’s vehicle swiped the right front tire in Krieg’s vehicle. Damages up to $5,000.

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

1:32 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, East CR 550N, Rochester. Driver: Mark A. Nafziger, Rochester. Nafziger was operating a motorcycle when it struck a dog.

4:23 p.m. Monday, April 6, West CR 400N, Rochester. Driver: Michael Jenkinson, Rochester. Hit deer.
