Warsaw Man Faces Charges Following Controlled Buys
WARSAW — A Warsaw man has been arrested following two controlled purchases of methamphetamine conducted by the NET43 drug enforcement team.
Brandon L. Warren, 41, 302 N. Bronson St., Warsaw, is charged with aiding/inducing/causing dealing in methamphetamine, a level 2 felony; aiding/inducing/causing dealing in methamphetamine, a level 3 felony; possession of methamphetamine, a level 4 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, a level 5 felony.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, in December 2019, NET43 conducted a controlled purchase of methamphetamine from Warren’s residence using an audio/video recording device. The meth weighed approximately 9.2 grams.
In January, NET43 conducted another controlled purchase of meth from Warren’s residence. The methamphetamine from this purchase weighed 11.36 grams.
Warren was booked at the Kosciusko County Jail March 5, on a $10,250 surety and cash bond.
