North Webster Community Center Men’s Stag Night Honors Jon Sroufe
NORTH WEBSTER — Guys, it is time for a men’s night out to support the North Webster Community Center. The Sroufe Memorial Shrimp Stag is happening from 6-9 p.m., Saturday, March 14. Men 21 and older are invited.
The $50 ticket provides the holder with an opportunity to win the $1,000 grand prize, an all-you-can-eat shrimp and pulled pork dinner with sides from Chubbie’s Pub & Grub, Syracuse, plus free beer. There will be casino games, raffles and a cash bar too. There will be more cash prizes as well.
All the fun is at the North Webster Community Center, 301 N. Main St. (SR 13). Buy the tickets at the NWCC office, North Webster Ace Hardware and North Webster New Market office.
Help the North Webster Community Center continue to be the heart of the community by providing programs, meeting rooms, office space and more. The center is not supported by tax dollars and so relies on community donations, grants and fundraisers to remain operating and to keep the building maintained.
The event is held in honor of the late Jon Sroufe, who helped bring the center to the former North Webster Elementary School building and continued his support throughout his lifetime.
Free parking for the event is available on the east side of the center and across SR 13 behind the North Webster Church of God. Enter the NWCC parking lot from the north due to construction.
For more information visit the North Webster Community Center Facebook page, call (574) 834-1600 or stop in the center’s office next to the east entrance.
