Robert Lee Ryman, 73, of Spartanburg, S.C. and formerly of the Atwood and Mentone areas passed Thursday, Jan. 30, 2020, at his home. Born June 26, 1946, in Warsaw, he was the son of the late Kenneth L. and Pauline Alice (Holloway) Ryman.

Bob was a 1965 graduate of Mentone High School. He served his country in the U.S. Army and retired from R. R. Donnelley of Spartanburg, S.C. He enjoyed tending to his coy ponds and working on projects around his home. Bob’s faith, family, friends, and days on his Indiana farm were the most special to him.

Survivors include his brothers, Fred L. Ryman and wife Mary of Fort Wayne, Jerry J. Ryman and wife Cheryl of Warsaw, and Douglas A. Ryman and wife Vonda of Claypool, and 8 nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death is an infant brother Michael.

Burial will take place at a later date in the Harrison Center Cemetery (Wooden), Etna Green, Indiana.

Memorial visitation hours will be from 5-8 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 20, 2020 at King Memorial Home 101 North Tucker Street Mentone, Indiana.
