- Feb. 5 – Darcy Shela Boyer, 26, 5943 North CR 600E, Rochester, was booked for possession marijuana /hash oil/ hashish. $700 cash.

- Feb. 4 – Christopher Ryan Doty, 27, 602 East Miami Drive, Syracuse, was booked for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $700 cash.

- Feb. 4 – Daniel Byron Slone Jr., 33, 4877 North CR 100E, Warsaw, was booked for possession hypodermic syringe or needle and possession methamphetamine. Bond: $10,500 surety and cash.

- Feb. 4 – Nicholas Alan Robbins, 38, 107 East Mary Mac Street, Warsaw, was booked for domestic battery. Bond: $5,250 surety and cash.
