North Webster Community Center Introduces Executive Director

Kelly Horn
NORTH WEBSTER — North Webster Community Center Board of Directors announced Kelly Horn as its new executive director position.
She is a lifelong resident of Noble and Kosciusko counties. Horn and her family reside in North Webster, and seasonally at Little Barbee Lake. Prior to joining the North Webster Community Center in 2018, she was a real estate agent at RE/Max Lakes, according to a news release from the group.
Horn had been the center’s administrative assistant prior to taking over the directorship. She has been involved in the day to day operations. She is well known by the community center’s tenants and visitors.
The board thanked Kara Dobbins for her tireless efforts to make the center a success and wishes her the best with her new position at SVN Parke Group, a commercial real estate company in Fort Wayne, the news release said.
Dobbins will become a member of the North Webster Community Center Board of Directors. Her first-hand knowledge of the NWCC operation will be valuable to the board.
