Greenhaus Apartments Undergo Big Renovations
SYRACUSE — The Sterling Group, the Mishawaka based owner of Greenhaus Apartments, Syracuse, is wrapping up $300,000 in renovations as they switch from income-based housing to market rate. The upgrades include new plank flooring, new appliances with the addition of microwaves, new hardware and light fixtures, new countertops, new vanity and countertops in bathrooms and new blinds.
Newly renovated one- and two-bedroom apartment home floor plans range from 592 sq. ft. to 650 sq. ft.
Total renovations are set to be complete in early 2020 and they are excited to show off the new digs.
The team welcomes tours Monday, Wednesday and Thursday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., and again Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
