Pets Of The Week
PIERCETON — Pets of the Week are available for adoption at the Animal Welfare League, located at 1048 S. CR 325E, Pierceton. November is also National Adopt a Senior Pet Month, which is dedicated to finding older pets a loving home to live out their golden years.
Tangee
Tangee is a 14-year-old, neutered, male Domestic Shorthair mix. His fur is the color of tangerines and his personality is just as sweet. Tangee loves to cuddle and have his head rubbed. At 14 pounds, he is a big boy with lots of love to give. He is looking for a quiet home where he can curl up in a warm lap and watch his stories on TV. If you have other pets, he would like to meet them. Come visit Tangee today!
Tangee’s adoption fee has been reduced to $25.
Chloe
A fluffy cloud of black fur watches you curiously from her kennel as you walk through AWL’s dog adoption. Chloe is a 10-year-old, spayed, female Shih Tzu/Poodle mix. Her black coat is complimented by patches of white on her chin, chest and paws. She weighs 19 pounds. Chloe is a little shy and needs time to feel comfortable when meeting new friends. She loves to cuddle, go for walks and eat treats. She came to the AWL with her sister Katie. They have never been separated and hope to be adopted together. They both do well with other dogs, cats and people of all ages. Come meet Chloe today. She’ll introduce you to Katie and happily take you on a tour of the AWL adoption wing.
Chloe’s adoption fee is $105.
