The art for the Warsaw sectional championship shirt on sale this week.

WARSAW – Regional football tickets for the game at Merrillville on Friday will be on sale in the athletic office.

Warsaw reached the regional after winning its first-ever sectional title Friday night in a 35-18 victory over longtime nemesis Penn. Merrillville, coached by former Warsaw football star Brad Seiss, eeked past Crown Point, 10-9. The Pirates are 10-1 this season while the Tigers come into the regional at 9-2.

Tickets will be on sale through Friday afternoon at the WCHS athletic office. Enter door 22 to get the athletic office. Tickets are $8 each. The game is a 7:30 EST start.

Sectional Championship T-shirts will be on sale in the HS athletic office this week as well. Shirts will be arriving on Wednesday and will be available for $10 each. Sizes range from youth small to XXXL.
