October Shooting Suspect Is Crime Of The Week
WARSAW — This week’s crime of the week comes from the files of the Warsaw Police Department.
The Warsaw Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in locating Russell Keigan Harty.
Harty, 18, is 5 feet 10 inches tall, 185 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Harty is wanted on two felony warrants for probation violation and robbery.
Harty was involved in a drug transaction that resulted in an attempted robbery with a firearm, during which two people were shot. The incident occurred on Oct. 8 in the back part of Harrison Ridge, a housing addition off of Husky Trail across from Canterbury House Apartments.
Harty is believed to be armed and dangerous and the Warsaw Police Department is requesting assistance from the community in locating him.
