WARSAW — Final paving of the East Market Street was underway Thursday afternoon, Oct. 10, in Warsaw.

The paving focused on the western portion of the project. Barriers in that portion of the road have now been removed.

As of Friday morning, street barriers were still up near Sherman Street for several blocks on the eastern portion of the project.

The contractor is Phend & Brown, Milford.
