Drugs, Stolen Vehicles Found During Marshall County Drug Investigation
MARSHALL COUNTY — Three people were arrested in Plymouth after a search warrant was served by the Marshall County undercover narcotics investigation team. The warrant was served at a residence in the 19000 block of Sixth Road at 7:11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9.
Scott Edward Hahn, 47, Plymouth; Brandon Scott Hahn, 26, Plymouth; and Heidi Rosella Cooper, 42, Bourbon, were arrested on various drug charges.
Scott Hahn was initially been charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, a level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine – enhancement, level 5 felony; and maintaining a common nuisance, level 6 felony. His bond was set at $10,000 cash.
Brandon Hahn was initially been charged with possession of methamphetamine – enhancement, level 5 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, level 6 felony; and possession of marijuana. He is being held on a $5,000 cash bond.
Cooper has been initially charged with possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, level 6 felony and possession of marijuana. Her bond is $1,500 cash.
The undercover narcotics investigation team, assisted by the Indiana State Police and Marshall County police, found methamphetamine and marijuana in and around the residence. Officers also found stolen vehicles.
