WARSAW — A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a missing Warsaw man.

Warsaw Police are investigating the disappearance of Arthur Friebe, a 52-year old white male, who is 5 feet 11 inches tall, 200 pounds. He has white hair with a long white beard and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a dark tan Carhartt style coat, blue plaid shorts, tan knee-high socks, and tan shoes.  

He was last seen at about 10:30 a.m. Monday, October 7. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
