WARSAW — Police and fire units responded to an accident at the intersection of US 30 and East Old Road 30 at 7:39 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7.

Two SUVs — one gray and one red — collided in the middle of the intersection. Parkview EMS was called to the scene after the operator of one of the vehicles complained of a head injury. Authorities on the scene requested that a child present during the accident be checked out as well.

No other injuries reported at this time.

Among those responding to the accident were Warsaw Police Department, Parkview EMS, and Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory.
