WARSAW — Fellowship Missions will host its 4th Annual Night of Hope and Inspiration at Warsaw Community Church Oct. 16.

Night of Hope and Inspiration is Fellowship Missions annual fundraising dinner. It includes dinner, live and silent auctions as well as a time of sharing, said a news release.

Fellowship Missions is a homeless shelter located at 1520 Winona Ave., Warsaw. The shelter provides programs designed to meet the basic needs of residents so that they can focus on overcoming the challenges that took them down a difficult road.

“This is a night to celebrate what’s taken place in the last year thanks to our volunteers, donors and God’s incredible transforming power,” said Eric Lane, executive director and founder of Fellowship Missions. 

The evening is intended to be fun, casual and inspiring as attendees come together in fellowship to learn how to best continue meeting the needs of some of the most vulnerable people in the community.

This year features two powerful stories of hope, restoration and transformation of individuals who have stayed at the shelter. Lane will share more about what the organization has learned over the past year and offer practical ways to get involved with the work at Fellowship Missions

In addition to fundraising, the evening seeks to express gratitude for what donors have made possible at Fellowship Missions while inspiring the community to partner with the shelter in new ways.

“We’d like to have as many people as we can join us to hear about ways to get involved. What people will see that night, through two remarkable testimonial stories, is that it’s not just about giving. Anyone in the community can be a catalyst for life transformation and that’s exactly why we do what we do,” Lane said.

The 4th Annual Night of Hope and Inspiration will be at Warsaw Community Church, 1855 S. County Farm Road, Warsaw, from 6-8 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $50. The silent auction goes live Oct. 9.

Fellowship Missions encourages people to host a table and invite their family, friends, co-workers and small groups.
