NORTHWOOD 3, SOUTH BEND RILEY 0
NorthWood cruised to a road win Monday night at Riley, scoring a 25-14, 25-12, 25-6 non-conference result. Kendal Miller had a solid night with 21 assists, nine digs and six aces to lead the Panthers, which also had Caroline Mullet hoist 12 assists to go with 11 digs and a block, Alana Lehman hammer six kills and Maddy Payne chip in seven kills and a block.
NorthWood’s JV had no trouble with Riley in a 25-5, 25-3 drubbing. Jayden Gessinger and Annika Bennett combined for 16 assists and Ella Gongwer and Bre Wise combined for nine aces.
WESTVIEW 3, WAWASEE 0
Wawasee wasn’t able to use its home court advantage to its cause Monday in a 25-13, 25-16, 25-22 loss to visiting Westview. Leslie Vazquez and Madi Simmons combined for 24 digs on the back line while Molly Jones and Emma Dippon had 11 total kills on the front line. Kai Jamora assisted on 15 points for the hosts.
The Wawasee JV came through wit ha 25-19, 25-6 win over the visiting Warriors. Laney Gross had a whopping 13 aces and Amanda Allen had four assists.
TIPPECANOE VALLEY 3, COLUMBIA CITY 1
Valley held off a pesky City roster with a 25-10, 21-25, 25-9, 25-14 win in Akron. Makenzie Woodcox paced the Vikings with 21 kills and three blocks while Hannah Engstrand sent up 36 assists. Brayden Baney provided 20 digs and Allison Miller had five aces.
Valley added a 25-21, 25-15 JV win to start the night. Karli Hogue had 13 digs and Shaylin Wilcox put down five kills to lead the hosts.
PENN 9TH GRADE 2, WARSAW 1
Penn escaped Warsaw in a 25-20, 20-25, 15-8 freshman game Monday evening. Lauren Eastwood led Warsaw with 19 assists and 14 digs. Delaney Silveus added 20 digs, Sophia Adams added 14 digs and Rachel Sands provided 10 digs, six kills and four aces in Warsaw’s effort.
LAKELAND CHRISTIAN JV 2, FORT WAYNE CANTERBURY 0
LCA posted a solid win with a 25-10, 25-21 result against Canterbury. Hannah Weirick led in scoring for LCA with four aces and a total of 10 points. Cara McCrum was right behind with four aces and eight total points.
TIPPECANOE VALLEY 8TH GRADE 2, LAKELAND CHRISTIAN 0
Valley controlled the match in a 25-10, 25-22 contest. Kelsey Cox had two kills for LCA. Sidney Nelson and Erika Henderson combined for 13 kills to lead Valley while Ava Smith had 11 assists.
TIPPECANOE VALLEY 7TH GRADE 2, LAKELAND CHRISTIAN 0
Valley also maintained distance over LCA in a 25-16, 25-18 final. Isabelle Miller had two aces for the Cougars. Maddie Thompson and Avery Wagoner each had three kills and Emma Patrick sent over six aces.
EDGEWOOD 8TH GRADE 2, LINCOLN 0
Edgewood won the contest by scores of 25-12, 25-18. Stats were not provided.

In a tight contest, Millersburg won 25-22, 25-24. Wawasee had Brooklyn Gibson, Jolie Likens and Kaydence Shepherd combine for nine kills and Mya Taylor and Emma Yoder assist on 14 points.
WAWASEE 7TH GRADE 2, MILLERSBURG 0
The Lady Warriors took out Millersburg 25-18, 25-15. Julie Mishler led the Wawasee team with eight service points.
