WARSAW — James Bausch, with The James Bausch Team at RE/MAX Results, was recently presented with the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, which honors successful agents who have closed more than $35 million in sales volume during their time as RE/MAX affiliates.

Bausch has been working in the real estate industry for almost five years and is the team leader for The James Bausch Team. In addition to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, he has earned the RE/MAX 100% Club, RE/MAX Platinum Club, and RE/MAX Platinum Team awards. He has also been recognized by RE/MAX Results with its Rising Star Award and by RE/MAx Integra Midwest as one of the “Top 40 Agents Under 40.”

Bausch is very active in the local community and sits on Warsaw’s Ride/Walk Advisory Committee advocating for cyclists, pedestrians and all users of the public way. He is a proud supporter of Raise the Dough and Village to Village, two local organizations assisting in adoption efforts, as well as being a supporter of Cardinal Services.
