Pets Of The Week
PIERCETON — Pets of the Week are available for adoption at the Animal Welfare League, located at 3489 E. CR 100S, Pierceton.
Hendrix
Running through the “purple haze” to greet you is Hendrix. He is a four-year-old, neutered, male Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix. Hendrix is a big, strong boy, weighing 80 pounds with a sleek black coat and white chest. When he first gets out of his kennel he can be quite a “wild thing” and needs a firm hand to settle him down. Once calm, Hendrix walks very well on a leash and he knows how to sit and shake. Hendrix’s “one rainy wish” is to be adopted by a loving family or maybe a “foxy lady.” If you have other pets, he would like to meet them and he does best in a home with older children. Come jam with Hendrix today!
Hendrix’s adoption fee is $130.
Fat Amy
She calls herself Fat Amy so skinny minis can’t call her that behind her back. This big, beautiful woman is all that and a bag of catnip. Fat Amy is a one-year-old, spayed female with white and orange fur, weighing 10 pounds. She is very laid back and loves to relax and take long naps. She is hoping for a loving home where she can lounge about and receive lots of cuddles and pets. If you have other pets, she would like to meet them and she does well with people of all ages. Come visit Fat Amy today!
Fat Amy’s adoption fee was originally $70 and has now been reduced to $35.
