Grace College Offers Courses For Senior Learners
WINONA LAKE – Grace College will once again offer the Silver Scholars program this fall semester.
Adults 55 and older may be audit-approved on campus classes at a reduced rate of $25 per class, much lower than the standard auditing fee. These courses are offered to enrich the lives of both the Silver Scholars and the undergrad students at Grace. The courses cover a variety of topics and are each eight weeks long.
An open house will be held at the Gordon Health and Wellness Center on Grace College’s campus from 5-6 p.m.Thursday, Aug. 15. The event will allow students to register for classes, order books and pick up a parking pass. Dr. Dennis Gaerte, program coordinator, will be there to answer questions. Additionally, Grace College President, Dr. Bill Katip, and V.P. of Advancement & Marketing, Dr. Drew Flamm, will be there to welcome students.
