Public Hearing Wednesday on Tippy/Chapman Regional Sewer District
KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — A public hearing will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, regarding establishing the Tippecanoe and Chapman Regional Sewer District. The hearing, hosted by Indiana Department of Environmental Management, will be held in the North Webster Community Center.
The meeting will be to receive public comments only. No presentations about the project will be made.
Team members with Jones Petrie Rafinski, design engineering company for the project, will be present to answer any questions stakeholders may have. There will also be nine to 10 graphics posted in the hallways near the hearing location. Staff members will arrive at 5 p.m. and remain at the community center until all questions are answered.
Written comments on the petition will be accepted by IDEM until July 26 and can be sent to Mrs. Angela Bottom, Office of Water Quality, Indiana Department of Environmental Management, 100 N. Senate Ave., IGCN-1255, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Persons who also wish to receive notice of IDEM’s decision should submit a written request to Bottom.
