Melody

Melody may be considered a “little old lady” at 10 years old, but she’s still got tons of puppy charm. She is a Golden Retriever mix with a cheerful smile and a sandy and white coat, weighing 42 pounds. melody is looking for a nice home where she can spend her “golden years.” Ha ha, get it? That’s a little Golden Retriever joke for you. Melody is a sweetheart who loves to go for walks and play in the yard. She does well with children and needs to be the only pet in the household. George

With a face and personality that could rival George Clooney, George the cat is ready to make your acquaintance. He is a two-year-old, neutered, male Domestic Long Hair mix, weighing nine pounds. This darling boy is all love and affection. He looks a little rough around the edges but don’t let that dissuade you. When George first arrived at the AWL as a stray, he was suffering from a terrible flea allergy. Thanks to a round of medicine and tender care he has recovered and his coat is well on its way to growing back. George would love nothing more than to go to a nice family where he can snuggle on a warm lap and purr to his heart’s content. Come visit George today. He’ll greet you with a loving chin nuzzle.
