SYRACUSE – Wawasee is preparing for its girls basketball summer camp.

Girls basketball will have a camp June 17-21 for players in first through eighth grades.

Incoming grades 1-4 will go from 3-4:30 p.m. and grades 5-8 will go from 3-5 p.m., both camps in the spectator gym at Wawasee High School.

The camp, led by members of the WHS girls basketball coaching staff, will focus on teaching the fundamentals, while also seeking to encourage the campers to enjoy and grow in the game of basketball.
