Kosciusko
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:
- 5:39 p.m. Thursday, March 14, 9900 block of North CR 800E, Syracuse. Police responded to the Gary Green residence to investigate an animal bite.
- 10:04 a.m. Thursday, March 14, 1500 block of South Ferguson Road, Warsaw. Police responded to the Mitchell Goon residence to investigate a theft from a building. Taken were two oak benches with storage, an antique dresser with marble inset, a buffet, three letterman jackets, a solid oak footstool, four sleeping bags, a collection of books, framed artwork, oak rocking chair, photographs, a doll house, five birthday plaques, a sewing machine, a four-drawer dresser and silverware. Value: $10,275.
- 11:05 a.m. Monday, March 11, 3600 block East Autumn Trail, Warsaw. Ashley A. Miller reported fraud. Value: $9,945.23.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 1:16 a.m. Friday, March 15, 500 block of Letter Drive, Warsaw. Police responded to the Caleb Stoffel residence to investigate the theft of a vehicle. Taken was a black 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Value: $18,000.
- 9:49 p.m. Thursday, March 14, 700 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. Police responded to the Jose Sarabia residence to investigate a burglary. Taken was a Craftsman wrench, a hammer, a cordless drill, two remote control cars and a socket set. Value: $1,125.
- 9:37 p.m. Thursday, March 14, 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. Police responded to Kohl’s to investigate a report of theft. An unknown amount of merchandise was taken. Value: $2,000.
- 12:16 p.m. Thursday, March 14, 600 block of Hepler Drive, Warsaw. Police took a found bicycle report.
- 7:18 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2500 block Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Bonnie R. Boyer reported a lost ring. Value: $3,021.
