Save Time And Money With Meal Prep: Registered Dietician At Parkview Warsaw
WARSAW — Most of us have been there. You finally get to the end of a stressful day and then face the daunting task of figuring out “What’s for dinner?” Rather than heating up a frozen pizza or heading to a drive-thru, learn how meal planning can change your health.
Join Parkview Health Registered Dietician Lauren Harden for “Meal Planning: Prep for Success.” The seminar will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 7, at Parkview Warsaw Center for Healthy Living, located inside the Parkview Warsaw YMCA. Attendees will learn how a little bit of meal preparation can save time, money and even your sense of sanity.
“It’s true that Americans are living busier, more stressful lives, but that doesn’t mean we have to settle for eating less than healthy food,” Harden said. “Just a few minutes of planning and meal prep each week can make evenings so much easier. That can translate to more time spent actually enjoying the people and things that matter to you.”
This presentation is free, but seating is limited. To reserve your spot, please call (260) 266-6500.
If you’re interested in receiving individual dietary guidance, Harden will be available for free one-on-one consultations the afternoon of March 7. Appointments are available from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. To reserve your 20-minute slot, please call (260) 266-6500.
