Alcoholic Beverage Board Renews Four Permits, Approves One Transfer
KOSCIUSKO — The Kosciusko County Alcoholic Beverage Board renewed four permits and approved a permit transfer for Maxwelton Golf Club during its meeting Thursday, Jan. 3.
John Hill, Maxwelton Golf Club, was present at the meeting regarding a transfer of ownership for an alcoholic beverage permit. Hill asked the board about laws for golf course bar areas and minors. Alcohol and Tobacco Commission Officer April Tackett said golf courses are exempt from minors loitering in a bar area. The transfer was approved.
The following permits were renewed:
- Pure Pleasure Inc., doing business as Pizza King, 1727 W. Lake St., Warsaw. Beer, wine and liquor – restaurant.
- Wagon Wheel Theatre Inc., doing business as Wagon Wheel Center For The Arts, 2515 E. Center St., Warsaw. Beer, wine and liquor – restaurant.
- Vandelay Industries LLC, doing business as Man Cave Brewing Company, 10201 SR 13, Syracuse. Beer, wine and liquor – restaurant.
- Arrow Um, 937 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Beer, wine and liquor – restaurant.
The board’s next meeting will take place at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, in the Kosciusko County courthouse.
