Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

6:59 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, East CR 650S, near South CR 650E, Warsaw. Driver: Donald A. McCune, 50, West Main Street, Warsaw. McCune was traveling west on CR 650S when a deer ran into his vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

2:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, SR 15 and East Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: Jamie Larrison, 28, Brookview Avenue, Warsaw. Larrison told police that when she was at the intersection waiting to turn, she heard a vehicle behind her honking but did not stop. When she arrived home, she noticed damage to the rear bumper of her vehicle. She told police she did not feel the accident but was on her cell phone talking at the time. Damages up to $10,000.

10:38 a.m. Monday, Dec. 17, North Parker Street and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Drivers: Carolyn Clark, 79, EMS D15 Lane, Syracuse; and Cassandra Frantz, 28, Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Clark’s vehicle side-swiped Frantz’s vehicle while traveling through the intersection. Damages up to $5,000.
