WARSAW — The Builders Association of Kosciusko – Fulton Counties recently announced that Renewal Homes, LLC had won its 2018 People’s Choice Award winner for the 32^nd Annual Homes on Parade.

Renewal’s Modern Farmhouse design was a strong favorite of parade goers, netting 42 percent of more than 400 votes. 2018 marks Renewals sixth win for the coveted award. Renewal Homes was one of four entries in the scattered site parade.

Other parade entries included a Waterfront Renovation by Coplen Construction; a Contemporary Cottage by Milestone Construction, Inc.; and a Craftsman Style Ranch by first-year parade builder, Timber Rock Construction.
