Three From Warsaw Arrested After Burglarizing Residence
WARSAW — Three Warsaw individuals were arrested after breaking into a residence and stealing items.
Nathan Scott Dimmock, 32, 413 S. High St., Warsaw, is being charged with burglary, a level 4 felony; theft, a class A misdemeanor; and sentence enhancement theft, a level 6 felony.
James Allen Bradley, Jr., 21, 1313 N. CR 525W, Warsaw, is being charged with burglary, a level 4 felony; and theft, a class A misdemeanor.
Jacquline Rae Egolf, 19, 1313 N. CR 525W, Warsaw, is being charged with aiding, inducing or causing burglary, a level 4 felony; and aiding, inducing or causing theft, a class A misdemeanor.
On Sept. 20, a female subject contacted the Warsaw Police Department regarding subjects inside her residence wearing masks. When an officer arrived at the residence, he observed two masked individuals inside. One subject, identified as Bradley, fled out the back door but was apprehended by the officer.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, officers found brass knuckles, a cellular phone and a watch on Bradley’s person. The items were stolen from the residence.
Officers used a K9 unit to track the second person, identified as Dimmock. The officers found a backpack outside the residence that contained stolen items from inside the residence.
Bradley admitted he, Dimmock and Egolf planned on burglarizing the residence. Dimmock and Bradley entered the residence by breaking a window and kicking the garage door open. Once inside the residence, Dimmock and Bradley stole items. Both ran from the residence when Egolf, Bradley’s girlfriend, called them and said the police were arriving at the residence.
Dimmock was convicted of theft on Dec. 20, 2013, in Kosciusko County Superior Court I.
All three were booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on Sept. 20, each with a $15,250 surety and cash bond.
