Improv Comedy Classes Starting Sept. 22 At Wagon Wheel
WARSAW — Everyone’s Tiffany, the house improv team for Center Street Community Theatre, is offering adult improv classes in the Warsaw area beginning Saturday, Sept. 22.
Improv is a form of comedic theatre in which participants perform unscripted scenes, such as in the hit show “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” Improv classes and training are also offered across the country not only to strengthen performances but to develop communication and job skills.
Members of Everyone’s Tiffany will instruct classes. Foundational skills taught in the course include “yes, and,” character development, spontaneity and teamwork. You can find out more information about Everyone’s Tiffany on Facebook.
Improv classes will run from 10 a.m. to noon starting Sept. 22 at Wagon Wheel Center For The Arts. Registration is $35 and participants will receive a copy of “Improvise: Scenes from the Inside Out” written by Mick Napier.
Students must be 18 years or older to enroll.
