Belle Tire In Warsaw Holds Grand Opening
WARSAW — Belle Tire in Warsaw held its grand opening today, Aug. 11.
During the grand opening celebration, attendees got to enjoy free food from Lawney’s BBQ and giveaways, while also meeting local public safety officials and getting a picture with Tireman, Belle Tire’s mascot.
In lieu of a ribbon cutting ceremony, local Boy Scout Troop 715 held a ceremonial flag raising.
Members of the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce were present at the ceremony. Warsaw Common Council Member Diane Quance spoke at the event and addressed a question many in Warsaw have asked.
“Why do we need another tire store?” asked Quance. “This is just not any other tire store. Belle Tire has a strong focus on same day service. They are very environmentally conscious and also are oriented toward giving back to our local community.”
From now until Oct. 13, Belle Tire will donate a percentage of its earnings back to five local charities. The charities include the Kosciusko County EMA, Baker Youth Club, Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County, Combined Community Services, and The Beaman Home.
“This is a unique community charity challenge,” said Ray Turner, Indiana Belle Tire director of retail operations. “Customers will be able to choose which charity they want their percentage to go to.”
The Belle Tire location in Warsaw is the 101st store in the Midwest. The first location in Indiana opened in 2015. Other locations in Indiana include South Bend, Fort Wayne, and Elkhart.
“Belle Tire has been family owned since day one,” said Vivek Saran, chief marketing officer of Belle Tire. “Our job is to give you, our neighbors, peace of mind and trust.”
