Christy Suman

Christy M. Suman, 48, rural Wabash, formerly of Huntington, died at 10:13 am, Friday, July 20, 2018, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. She was born Oct. 16, 1969, in Pikeville, Ky., to James Daniels and Juaquanda (Hall) Budrow.

Christy was a 1988 graduate of Huntington North High School. She married Tim Suman in Huntington on April 13, 1991. She was a homemaker. Christy enjoyed cooking, working puzzle books and especially loved her children and her dog, Jewel.

She is survived by her husband, Tim Suman, Wabash; two children, Zachery Suman, Killeen, Texas, and Jade Suman, Wabash; mother and step father, Juaquanda (Raymond Jr.) Budrow, Huntington; and brother, Scott (Dawn) Daniels, Huntington. She was preceded in death by her father James Daniels and her grandparents.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash, with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawns Cemetery, Wabash. Friends may call from 4 – 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at the funeral home.
