Kosciusko Chamber Of Commerce Holds Bike Share Ribbon Cutting At Warsaw Library
WARSAW — The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony this morning, Tuesday, May 15, for a bike share station located at the Warsaw Community Public Library.
Zimmer Biomet is sponsoring the Warsaw + Winona Lake Bike Share program. Each bicycle station is provided by Zagster, a bike share organization that allows individuals to rent bicycles via a mobile application.
The library’s bike share location is to the west of the building, on South High Street.
“We feel very strongly about a bike sharing community,” said Ann Zydek, WCPL’s library director. “A lot of our employees walk or ride bikes to the library, so it’s nice having a bike share station here.”
Other locations for the bike share program include Boggs Industrial Park, Gordon Rec Center, and the Village at Winona, next to LetterWood Paper Co.
People interested in the bike share program can download the free Zagster app or visit zagster.com/kosciusko.
