Three Arrested For Dealing Methamphetamine
KOSCIUSKO — A Claypool woman, Syracuse man and a North Webster man were arrested after caught dealing methamphetamine on a local nursing home’s property.
Katlynn Leanne Craft, 19, 9611 South CR 100 E., Claypool; Michael Manges, 32, with addresses of both 6847 East CR 1120N, Syracuse and 555 Turtle Bay Drive, Syracuse; and Kevin Stuckman, 20, 5430 North CR 900E, North Webster are all facing charges of dealing in methamphetamine, a level 5 felony, and possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony.
On April 20, the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department was notified of a drug deal to take place at a local nursing home.
According to the affidavit or probable cause, officers arrived at the nursing home and observed two males and female inside a black vehicle. The officer drove up to the vehicle and identified himself as a police officer. Stuckman was sitting in the rear passenger seat and was seen digging around the seat area. The driver, Craft, began moving around in the vehicle as well. Manges was sitting in the front passenger seat.
The officer removed the occupants from the vehicle. In the driver’s side door panel, a plastic bag of methamphetamine and a makeup case containing methamphetamine were located. Three more plastic bags of methamphetamine were located inside Craft’s purse. A plastic bag of methamphetamine, a rubber band and a glass smoking device were discovered in the rear seat where Stuckman was sitting. In the front passenger seat where Manges was sitting, a plastic bag of methamphetamine, a plastic tube with a glass pipe taped to it, two plastic bags with the corners cut off and digital scales were located.
All three were booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on April 20.
