Officers from the North Webster Police Department investigated the following incidents:

- 12:08 p.m. Tuesday, May 8, 100 block of East Esterbrook Drive, North Webster. Police responded to the Jason Elijah residence to investigate a theft of a cell phone. No value reported.
- 10:22 a.m. Tuesday, May 8, 300 block of South Main Street, North Webster. Police reported to The New Market to investigate a report of shoplifting. Taken were snack cakes and potato chips. No value reported.
Warsaw
Officers from the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 6:20 p.m. Tuesday, May 8, 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Police investigated a report of theft from Big R. Stolen were clothing items valued at $8.45.
Goshen
Officers with the Goshen Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 10:38 a.m. Monday, May 7, Wilden Avenue and Beaver Lane, Goshen. Steve G. Peddle, 22, 2748 N. 600E, Warsaw, was arrested for possession of marijuana during a traffic stop. He was cited and released on a future Goshen City Court date.
