WARSAW — The 2018 Kosciusko County Easter coloring contest sponsored by The Papers Inc. was a busy affair as several hundred children submitted entries at the 17 businesses who participated in the event. Judges had a tough time this year selecting winners.
The contest was open to students from kindergarten through fourth grade. One student from each grade was selected as a grand prize winner. The grand prize winners received large baskets filled with Easter goodies and each winner received a gift from their participating business.
The winners were invited to Central Park in Warsaw Thursday, March 29, for a group photo. Several participants had already collected their prizes including a large Easter basket from one advertiser, gift cards for restaurants and free pizza.
