The vehicle ended up in an embankment off of SR 25.

MENTONE — One person was injured after a vehicle left the roadway and ended up in an embankment shortly before 5 p.m. today, Feb. 19.

The accident occured on SR 25, near the intersection of CR 600W, Mentone. Mentone first responders, including Burket Fire, Four Way Ambulance and Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, were called to assist at the scene.

The driver and sole-occupant of the vehicle was being treated for injuries at the scene and expected to be transported for those injuries.

Traffic is being redirected on SR 25 while the vehicle is cleared.

Traffic on SR 25 will be redirected as emergency crews continue to clear the scene.
