North Webster’s 2018 Winterfest
NORTH WEBSTER — The North Webster Winterfest, sponsored by the Indiana Vintage Snowmobile Association, will kick off at the North Webster Community Center, located at 301 N. Main St., from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 3. Admission to the show is free.
The antique and vintage snowmobile show will take place outside at the south end of the parking lot. There will be several models of snowmobiles to check-out, a great opportunity to see how technology has advanced over the years. The IVSA has a common interest in preserving snowmobiling history for everyone to enjoy. The can raffle, a 50/50 drawing and chili cook off will be held in the center’s cafeteria. Visitors can sample different chili recipes made by local businesses and organizations. Proceeds from the cook off will go to the North Webster Food Pantry.
The North Webster Lions Club will host a fish and tenderloin fry from 4-7 p.m. at the township building, located at 102 S. Morton St., North Webster. Tickets will be available at the show and at the door, with adult pre sale tickets at $9 then $10 at the door. Carryouts will be available.
