Man Arrested For Dealing Meth After A Controlled Purchase
KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — A controlled purchase of methamphetamine by the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force has resulted in the arrest of a Pierceton man on two felony charges.
Bryan Gene Rice, 34, 154 EMS R3E Lane, Pierceton, was arrested Wednesday evening, Jan. 24. He has been charged with dealing in methamphetamine, a level 4 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony. He is being held on $15,250 cash and surety bond.
Court documents show Oct. 16, the county drug task force conducted a controlled purchase of methamphetamine from Rice. Rice sold the buyer more than 1 gram, but less than 5 grams of methamphetamine in exchange with documented task force funds.
