Paisley Dawn Hancock, 4 weeks old, Larwill, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 19, 2017, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

She was born on Oct. 23, 2017 in Fort Wayne to Daniel S. Hancock & Tabetha M. Luther.

She is survived by her parents; her twin sister, Dani May Hancock; her half sister, Danica Hancock; half brother, Ryan Nathaniel Luther; maternal grandparents, Ricky and Kelli Luther, Goshen; paternal grandmother, Sean Stark, Sharon, Pa.; maternal great grandparents: Steve and Dawn Yoder, Goshen; and Robert Luther, Shipshewana. 

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Maynard Hancock.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m.. on Saturday, Nov. 25 at 1st Brethren Church, 19076 3rd St., New Paris. Memorial services will follow at 11 a.m. on Saturday in the church with Pastor Jeff Estep officiating. Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse is in charge of arrangements.
